About

We are based at the Fielding School of Public Health at UCLA and operates a satellite office and laboratory hosted at the Institut National de Recherche Biomedicale (INRB), Kinshasa School of Public Health (KSPH), and Laboratoire Veterinaire Centrale (LVC) in Kinshasa, DRC. Together, our team in Los Angeles and Kinshasa collaborate to conduct front line research on emerging infectious disease and build public health capacity to help prevent future disease outbreaks. With decades of field research experience, we’ve mastered conducting cutting edge science in the hardest to reach places.
